Customer Service Specialist – 6 months paid internship Markwins Beauty Brands International has its Finance, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service HQ for EMEA in Milan, Italy, and our Logistic and Distribution Center HQ for EMEA in Barcelona, Spain.Markwins Beauty Brands is a LA (California) based company, global leader in beauty and cosmetics.Markwins Beauty Brands is a LA (California) based company, global leader in beauty and cosmetics.The Company, founded in **** by Eric Chen, is distinguished by groundbreaking product innovation, reimagined go to market strategies, leading edge supply chain dynamics and inclusive, disruptive and digital oriented communication.From humble, disruptive origins, the Company famous early as the pioneer of compact palettes and gift sets stands today as one of beauty's largest privately held firms and is recognized within the industry as top "brand builder".Its products are sold and distributed in over ****** point of sales and in more than 80 countries around the worldWhat's the role?If you are passionate about the world of cosmetics and want to challenge yourself with a 6 months internship experience in our Customer Service Department, this offer could fit you.Key responsibilitiesTheCustomer Service Specialistwill actively contribute to:Manage and maintain of customer recordsManage the order process, from receipt of the order to delivery to the customers assignedIssue of invoices,Manage returns, disputes and issuance of related credit notesCorrespondence with customers, responding to their needs and providing them with timely answers and solutionsSupport the International customers, providing answers and solutions with an empathetic, reassuring and professional approachSupport the sales team and the other business functions with daily contacts (Logistics, Finance and Demand planning) in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction always ensuring the respect of the corporate strategyProcess and share of reports, as well as active participation in projects aimed at implementing new processes and proceduresWhat is requested:Customer orientationConflict resolution, negotiation skills and strong problem solving orientationHighly motivated/a and enthusiastically participating in the teamGood knowledge of the MS Office package and in particular Excel, knowledge of Infor XA is a plusEffective written and spoken communication in English and Spanish (knowledge of any other language is a plus)Advance skills on Microsoft OfficeWhat Will Make You Successful:Bachelor's or master's degreeCuriosity and a high level of orientation to continuous learningDecisive, resilient, organized, and positive attitudeListening orientation; ability to operate in a multitasking and autonomous mannerProactivenessWe offer:6 months paid internship, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday schedule, 800€ salary per month9€ ticket restaurant (per working day)
