Ankers, società d'ingegneria torinese, ricerca un ingegnere per attività di progettazione, sviluppo e rilascio di sottosistemi motore. Inoltre, sarà incaricato/a di monitorare e comunicare lo stato del progetto, i rischi e le principali decisioni tecniche al management, garantendo trasparenza e allineamento lungo l'intero ciclo di sviluppo Skill:Laurea magistrale in ingegneria Meccanica, Automotive, MeccatronicaPregressa esperienza nella mansione di almeno 3 anniSolida conoscenza del funzionamento dei sistemi motore e delle interazioni tra sottosistemi e componentiCapacità di coordinare team cross-funzionali e gestire discussioni tecniche complesseOttima capacità di gestione delle attività e delle scadenzeCapacità di comunicazione efficace con stakeholder interni ed esterni, inclusa reportistica verso il managementFamiliarità con MBSE (Model-Based System Engineering)Mandatorio: ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese.Job Description:Principali attività:Target Deployment: raccogliere e definire i requisiti di sistema, assicurandone l'allineamento con gli obiettivi prodotto. Monitorare l'evoluzione dei requisiti e valutarne i rischi tecnici.System Concept Selection: analizzare soluzioni progettuali alternative e selezionare l'architettura ottimale tramite strumenti decisionali strutturati. Preparare schemi di sistema e boundary diagrams.Risk Analysis: effettuare valutazione dei rischi tecnici e redigere System FMEA, identificando possibili failure modes e relative contromisure.Detailed Design & Change Analysis: assicurare il corretto flusso dei requisiti verso componenti, software, controlli e interfacce di sistema. Valutare modifiche progettuali e processuali, considerando montaggio, installazione, utilizzo operativo e carichi rispetto a un motore di riferimento.Validation & Release: definire e monitorare il piano di validazione (virtuale e fisica), evidenziando rischi, criticità aperte e avanzamento nelle review di progetto.Problem Solving: guidare attività di root cause analysis e definire azioni correttive per problematiche a livello sistema.Sede di lavoro: TorinoAi sensi dell'art. 1 L.****** la ricerca è rivolta ad entrambi i sessi.
