Building Surveyor – Technical DD & Feasibility We're Expanding Our Building Consultancy TeamWe're part of a global real estate leader, driven to solve complex challenges, outthink the ordinary, and relentlessly shape a better built world for our clients and communities.We don't want people who tell us how it's been done — we want visionaries who imagine how it will be done.What you'll doInspection and technical verification of the property conditionsAnalysis of property deeds, verification of title deeds, easements, land registry searches, examination of prejudicial transcripts and contractsVerification of permitting, cadastral and statutory documentation, urban-planning and building codes, check compliance, identify discrepancies, risks and solutionsAnalysis of the maintenance status of the property through inspections, including hands-on experience in building maintenance and construction activities, and support in drafting multi-year CapEx plans and reports for the propertiesReview of as-built documentation (design, certifications, etc.)Draft technical due-diligence reporting in English and/or Italian related to technical mattersInventory of the documentation provided and Virtual Data Room creationTechnical-urban feasibility studies: analysis aimed at identifying procedures for possible change of use or redevelopment to increase the value of the asset in the case of existing buildings, analysis of development projects, investor guidelines and urban planning regulations to define the most suitable masterplan in case of new developmentDevelopment of analyses and projects within a multi-disciplinary team in an international environmentLiaison with national and international clients, primarily investors, investment banks, and developersQualificationsMaster's Degree in Architecture or Diploma Surveyor (Geometra)3-5 years' experience in technical due-diligence in real-estate companies, professional architecture practices and/or as an appraiser (ABI compliant)Knowledge of national and regional urban planning and building codes laws and rulesProven experience in CapEx planning and budgeting, as well as building maintenance and construction projects, preferably within real-estate assetsAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationTeamwork capability, proactive attitude and goal orientedExcellent level of English (B2/C1) written and spoken and fluency in Italian written and spokenWillingness to travel nationally for inspections from MilanMEP systems knowledge as a plusLocationMilanSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingWe foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of all our employees.We firmly believe that our diversity enhances our team's capabilities, leading to improved decision-making, innovation, and business outcomes.If you have any reservations about applying, please don't hesitate to reach out to your local recruiter for additional information.INCO: "Cushman & Wakefield"#J-*****-Ljbffr
