Find your career possibilities# PPE SALES MANAGER NORD OVESTOffer published 21 Stunden 5 Minuten agoMilanoSA - PPEFull time**PPE SALES MANAGER NORD OVEST**Reporting to the Head of Sales PPE, Sales Manager PPE role is to ensure the achievement of the assigned targets, following company's sales strategy through the people managed, PPE Sales Specialist, and the full collaboration within the Safety and Hygiene Business Line.Leading her/his team to continuous development by enhancing orientation to sales results, negotiation capacity,Personal Protective Equipment service and products knowledge and matrix way of working.**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:*** To identify and work to improve peoples' skills, knowledge, and behavior to maximize upon individual's career potential;* To provide PPE Sales Specialist with appropriate support, coach and feedback through regular one to one meeting in order to share vision, personal and company's goals and define specific action to develop business plan;* Work in alliance with other Sales Manager ofSafety and Hygiene business line,Small and Medium businesses (SMB) and Corporate to share best practice, to influence and to create solutions to drive forwards PPE Sales Specialist in a profitable and strategic direction;* In accordance with a Continuous Improvement approach, make ad hoc accompaniments during the customers visits of PPE Sales Specialist;* Identifyspecialist trainingneeds for her/his team;* Support the Head of PPE Sales in managing the recruiting, training, and appraisal activities according to theHuman Resources Team guidelines;* Grant a full control of all main sales and cost KPIs.**QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:*** Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including time management, planning, prioritizing and timely completion of work responsibilities and job assignments of the Team;* Willingness and ability to take on new tasks, change work methods and processes to adapt to necessary changes in the team or in the company;* High capacity to communicate and transmit information, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, using appropriate language and channels for the intended audience;* A natural leader who understands people behavior, who works on building and keeping people's relationships at all levels.Leading by example showing respect, trust and support to all colleagues;* Strategically open minded person, with the ability to see the need from short-term action versus the long-term interests of the company;* Good listening skills with the ability to work on feedback and to contribute with new ideas;* Proven leadership ability, with evidence of driving forward businesses through strategic direction and situational leadership;* Solid experience of working within challenging and competitive sales driven environments* An in-depth understanding of business and how a value-added service and proposition relates to customers;* Good knowledge of the Personal Protective Equipment market is an asset;* Good Knowledge of English;* **Residency: Lombardia or Piemonte** La ricerca rispetta il d.lgs.******** ed è aperta a persone con disabilità, di qualsiasi identità o espressione di genere, orientamento sessuale, età, etnia, credo religioso e ad ogni altra diversità che crediamo essere una ricchezza.I dati saranno trattati nel rispetto della normativa in materia di protezione dei dati personali.I canditati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy disponibile al seguente#LI-Hybrid#LI-BM1#J-*****-Ljbffr
