Descrizione LavoroMEDIA & DIGITAL EXPERT??What will you do?We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Media & Digital Expert.You will be included in the Integrated Communication team within the Marketing department, with the aim to support the development and execution of media strategies and digital engagement plans for all brands in the portfolio.What will your tasks be?Support the definition and delivery of the end-to-end media strategyManage and coordinate media agencies and key digital partnersContribute to the development of paid communication plans and digital engagement projectsSupport the evolution of the company's digital marketing strategy, including the use of 1st-party data, retail media and new digital partnerships;Keep up to date with the media and digital landscape, sharing insights and opportunities with internal stakeholdersSupport the development and management of an integrated measurement framework, providing actionable insights for campaign optimizationCollaborate with Global Media and Global Marketing Services on campaign measurement, new technologies, best practices and in-house marketing services.Who are we looking forYou have a Master's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications.Master in Business Administration & Marketing is preferred;You have at least 4 years of experience in Media Strategy, Media Planning and Digital Media — both offline and online.You have experience in media agencies or in-house roles, ideally within FMCG.You have experience managing communication agencies and working closely with cross-functional teams.You have strong understanding of media ecosystems, media buying platforms, audience frameworks and digital KPIs.You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide decisions.You are fluent in Italian and English.Certifications in media platforms, Google Analytics, or biddable panels (META, Google, programmatic) are a plus.In Return We OfferPermanent contractFlexible way of working (option to work up to 11 days remotely, without set days)Cool new officesThe opportunity to contribute to impactful projectsA dynamic work experience in an international context and the chance to learnWhere?Our Roma HeadquarterThe Environment you will findWe are committed to cultivating a work environment where we celebrate and respect differences and support everyone to be who they areAt Asahi Europe and International we believe that you can shine for who you are, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion or beliefs.We want to support you to be brave in your individuality and know that, whoever you are and whatever your situation, you can join us without having to conform.Next steps?Our Talent Acquisition Team will assess your application and if you have what we're looking for, you'll be contacted for an initial phone screen;If we like what we hear, you'll be invited to an interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team and your future Manager#J-*****-Ljbffr
