Mangia's Resorts, prestigioso marchio dell'ospitalità di Aeroviaggi S.p.A., incarna l'essenza della Vacanza Italiana Autentica nel segmento upper-upscale.Con 17 strutture di proprietà distribuite tra Sicilia e Sardegna—tra cui 2 city hotel, 10 resort quattro e cinque stelle e 5 club—Mangia's offre soggiorni immersivi e memorabili, celebrando il patrimonio italiano, la natura e lo stile di vita mediterraneo.A testimonianza del nostro impegno verso l'eccellenza e il riconoscimento internazionale, due dei nostri resort fanno parte della prestigiosa Autograph Collection by Marriott, mentre uno è affiliato alla raffinata Curio Collection by Hilton.Stiamo cercando la stagione estiva **** unFront Office Supervisorda inserire presso ilMangia's Pollina Resort.La risorsa ideale coordina e supervisiona le attività del personale di reception, garantendo un servizio efficiente e di alta qualità per gli ospiti.Supporta il Front Office Manager nell'organizzazione dei turni, nella gestione delle procedure operative e nel monitoraggio della soddisfazione dei clienti.Responsabilità:•Supervisionare e supportare il team di front office durante i turni.•Gestire check-in, check-out, prenotazioni e richieste particolari degli ospiti in caso di necessità.•Formare e guidare il personale, assicurando continuità operativa e qualità del servizio.•Gestire reclami e problematiche complesse, proponendo soluzioni efficaci e tempestive.•Preparare report giornalieri, monitorare performance e fornire feedback al management.•Garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle normative di sicurezza.Requisiti:•Esperienza pregressa in front office, preferibilmente in hotel 4-5 stelle, con ruoli di responsabilità o supervisione.•Ottima conoscenza dei software gestionali alberghieri•Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali•Problem solving, organizzazione e leadership.•Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus).•Precisione, affidabilità e capacità organizzative.•Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, festivi e weekend.Cosa si offre:•Tipologia di contratto stagionale•Possibilità di alloggio•Vitto garantito (1€ al giorno)•Opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno dell'azienda•Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo•Formazione continua e possibilità di partecipare a corsi di aggiornamento
