La Società è alla ricerca di un HR Director che abbia la responsabilità di guidare l'evoluzione delle politiche di Risorse Umane e QHSE , assicurandone coerenza strategica, presidio operativo e allineamento agli obiettivi di gruppo e aziendali.Responsabilità principali La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella definizione e nel governo delle attività HR occupandosi in particolare delle seguenti attività: Elaborazione e attuazione delle strategie HR in coerenza con il piano industriale e le priorità organizzative Gestione delle relazioni industriali Supervisione dei processi di amministrazione del personale e payroll Pianificazione, controllo e monitoraggio del budget del personale e del costo del lavoro Progettazione e sviluppo dei sistemi di performance management, welfare aziendale e percorsi di crescita professionale Supervisione del team HR Presidio delle tematiche QHSE e delle certificazioni, garantendo conformità normativa e continuità degli standard Requisiti Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Economia o discipline umanistiche Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di HR Director o in posizioni HR senior, maturata in contesti strutturati Approfondita conoscenza della normativa del lavoro e dei principali processi HR Documentata attività di relazioni industriali, di gestione di operazioni straordinarie, di piani di incentivazione Capacità di operare a stretto contatto con il top management e di gestire organizzazioni complesse Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Requisiti preferenziali Dottorato, master o altro percorso formativo post lauream Documentato periodo di lavoro all'estero Risorse umane del gruppo >400
