Junior Consultant - Strategic Advisory & Corporate FinanceAre you curious and ready to accept a new challenge in your career?Are you eager to join a dynamic company and bring innovation through your work and skills?Prometeia offers you opportunities for growth and training in a Group with over **** professionals working for more than 500 clients in 20 countries around the world.Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Junior Consultant to join the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team.The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries operating in the national territory, carrying out projects in the following areas:Strategic business planning: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plansM&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation, from market scouting to the evaluation of individual assets/companies and from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support to end dealsTransformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutionsMAIN TASKS:Analysis of the operating contexts of client companies: their historical performance, main trends of their operating sector and the possible evolution of their core businessSupport in the realization of economic-financial and patrimonial projectionsSupport in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performanceSupport in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, single portfolios, in the context of extraordinary transactionsDrafting of functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions, as an independent third partyPreparation of estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic, financial and equity aspectsUse of software/data provider platforms, to support the preparation of evaluation analysisEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Management Engineering, or related fieldsKnowledge of local banking and financial sectorProficiency in Excel and PowerPointFluent in Italian and English;
