Whether through a marketing campaign, an event, or a new process, every project at Translated contributes to a larger purpose: bringing people closer together through understanding.At Translated, you'll join an international, collaborative environment where curiosity, creativity, and excellence are valued as much as results.We believe in humans.We are looking for a Junior Motion & Multimedia Designer (Internship) to support the production of motion, video and animated content for digital communication projects.This is an internship position with a strong learning and mentoring focus , aimed at candidates who want to develop hands-on skills in motion design and multimedia production.You will report to the Head of Brand & Communication and collaborate with a Senior Digital Art Director, a Senior Visual Designer, and the Content team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation of motion graphics, video content and animated assets for digital and social channels.Assist in adapting and optimizing content for different platforms and formats.Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure coherence between message and visuals.Learn and apply best practices in motion design and multimedia production.RequirementsPursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Proficient in Italian and EnglishProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with UI/UX design tools (Figma).Good understanding of video editing and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).A good portfolio showcasing motion, video, or multimedia design skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.HeadquarterTranslated is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature where 7 luxury villas have been converted into functional offices to foster talent growth.
