OverviewWe are launching a new growth engine for Paradox, an AI-powered operating system for human greatness.This full-time role can be worked remotely or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon, and French and English fluency is required.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously assess and refine offer-market fit, reposition, or shut down offers based on evidence.Architect and launch funnels and campaigns, including tracking setup, flow validation, and budget scaling.Lead relentless CRO & A/B testing, designing, launching, analyzing, and iterating experiments on headlines, pricing, offers, and user journeys.Explore and scale new acquisition channels, review and brief content teams on ad performance, and identify winning angles.Design, optimize, and monitor growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.Manage the growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM), set performance standards, source talent, and build a high-performing squad.Work closely with sales to align lead quality, prioritize high-intent appointments, and maintain a profitable funnel.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products.Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B or multivariate tests that delivered measurable revenue or conversion increases.Proficiency in GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Amplitude, and related experimentation and analytics tools.Fluent in French (native/bilingual) and English (spoken and written).Writing communication is in English.Desired OutcomesAchieve conversion rates 2× better than baseline.Continuously run growth experiments at scale.Build a predictable, data-driven growth engine.Tools to MasterGA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other emerging analytics/test tools.Track KPIs: LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates, experiments launched per week.Personality & CompetenciesGrowth Diagnosis & System Thinking.Persuasion & Behavioral Insight.Analytical rigor and precision.Curiosity and hands-on execution.Agility, fast iteration, and impact orientation.Hiring Process6-8 minute application survey.Video call with HR ****** minutes).Video call focused on career with VP Marketing.Culture-fit video call.Reference calls for deeper insight.Why Join UsWork on AI, neuroscience, design, and psychology to transform lives.Collaborate with filmmakers, psychologists, engineers, and creative talent.Flexible working hours, remote culture, autonomy & accountability.Competitive perks: remote-friendly equipment, gym allowance, educational budget, 1-on-1 coaching, and building an iconic product used by millions.#J-*****-Ljbffr
