OverviewSiamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nell'organico dell'unità Supply Chain Quality presso uno dei presidi di Cisterna di Latina o Pomezia della Leonardo Divisione Elettronica.La risorsa farà parte del team dei Processi Tecnologici e Speciali.ResponsabilitàAttività di validazione dei Processi Speciali presso gli stabilimenti produttivi della Divisione Elettronica, reportistica e follow-up delle attività ed eventuale monitoraggio della chiusura delle azioni.Attività di validazione dei Processi Speciali presso gli stabilimenti produttivi dei fornitori della Divisione Elettronica, reportistica e follow-up delle attività ed eventuale monitoraggio della chiusura delle azioni.Attività di analisi delle performance dei fornitori e supporto tecnico per la definizione di piani di miglioramento attraverso applicazione di metodologie di root cause analysis nel caso di problematiche relative ai processi speciali.Con l'acquisizione delle necessarie competenze e certificazioni, esecuzione di audit di sorveglianza esterni sui processi speciali.Il candidato dovrà lavorare in team o da solo in buona autonomia, a seconda della complessità delle attività affidate.RequisitiTitolo di studio: Diploma di scuola media superiore ad indirizzo tecnico industriale o professionale.Eventuale laurea in Ingegneria dei Materiali o Industriale sarà considerata come un plus per la candidatura.Livello di esperienza richiesto: Junior o Expert.Competenze tecniche: Familiarità con gli standard ed i sistemi di gestione qualità; conoscenza dei processi di produzione e dei relativi standard di qualità; Tecniche di Root Cause Analysis; Tecniche di esecuzione di audit; Esperienze di collaudo.Competenze comportamentali: Attitudine al team-working, capacità di problem solving, negoziazione, pensiero analitico, buone skill di comunicazione, serietà, disponibilità, affidabilità.Conoscenze linguistiche: Inglese (parlato, scrittura, lettura).Conoscenze informatiche: Piattaforma Office.Altro: Disponibilità a brevi trasferte.Aree e profili compatibiliProduzione, IngegneriaDettagliSeniority: Primary Location: IT - Cisterna di LatinaAdditional Locations: IT - PomeziaContract Type: PermanentHybrid Working:#J-*****-Ljbffr
