Azienda - Multinazionale leader con plant produttivo in Abruzzo- Ruolo con prospettive di crescita a livello internazionaleOfferta- Analizzare e monitorare i consumi energetici degli impianti produttivi, identificando opportunità di ottimizzazione.- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di efficienza energetica e piani di risparmio energetico- Assicurare il rispetto delle normative ambientali e energetiche in vigore, aggiornandosi su eventuali cambiamenti legislativi- Collaborare con i team tecnici e ingegneristici per identificare e implementare tecnologie e processi con ridotto impatto energetico- Redigere report periodici sui consumi e sulle prestazioni energetiche, valutando l'efficacia delle iniziative implementate- Promuovere una cultura di sostenibilità e responsabilità energetica all'interno dell'azienda.- Partecipare a progetti di certificazione energetica e gestire audit energetici interni ed esterniCompetenze ed esperienza- Preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria Energetica o affini- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Energy Manager in ambiti di gestione dell'energia in contesti produttivi- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e delle certificazioni energetiche (ISO ***** o simili)- Eccellenti doti di problem-solving e capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari- Attitudine al miglioramento continuo e orientamento all'innovazione- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazioneCompleta l'offerta- Contesto dinamico- Retribuzione ed inquadramento commisurate all'esperienza del candidato#J-*****-Ljbffr
