We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior IT Global Service Specialist to join our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Competence Center, on behalf of one of our clients – a leading multinational company in the manufacturing sector.In this strategic role, you will report to the Global ESM IT Manager and be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving global ESM solutions across multiple regions, supporting the IT & Digital Target Operating Model and the company's digitalization and AI roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize ESM services, workflows, and ITIL/ESM processes.Manage and harmonize the global Service Catalogue across regions.Lead integrations and automation initiatives with Atlassian tools, Power Platform, Azure AD, SAP, and monitoring/security systems.Serve as senior administrator and subject matter expert for the global ESM platform and Confluence.Build and maintain global knowledge bases to enhance self-service and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with regional teams to support rollouts, training, and adoption of tools and processes.Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, security standards, and quality requirements.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.ITIL v4 certification preferred; Atlassian certifications are a plus.Minimum 5 years' experience managing global ITSM/ESM platforms.Strong knowledge of ITIL/ESM processes, service catalogue management, and automation.Experienced with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Automation) and system integrations; proficient in reporting/dashboarding (Power BI or similar).Excellent stakeholder management skills in international/matrixed environments; strong communicator, trainer, and influencer.Proactive, analytical, and focused on continuous improvement.LanguagesGerman (nice to have)Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
