(IGH) is a leading professional services and technology provider to the Federal Government.Our mission is to serve uniformed service members globally and their support systems locally.We utilize strategy, data science, and technology to make the programs we execute more efficient for the people our programs serve.IGH has a national and international program staff and a corporate headquarters located in Springfield, Virginia.We are proud of our ability to shape tomorrow while ensuring all active-duty personnel and reservists can carry out their critical missions and tasks today.Job DescriptionInteractive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking a qualified, trained, and capable individual to serve as an Army Community Services Analyst for the US Army Garrison Italy.Major ResponsibilitiesThe Army Community Services Analyst works with the following programs for US Army Garrison Italy:Military RelocationsTransitionsTranslationCultural IntegrationCustomer ServiceItalian language Class FacilitationQualified Candidates Must PossessAssociate's DegreePossess, or be able to obtain, a Secret Security ClearanceExpert skills at dealing with complex situations and analyzing complex data and information systemsAbility to use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft WindowsAbility to operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and manipulate dataStrong organizational skills and a confident, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, positive mindsetExperience working with military service members or their familiesAbility to prepare and deliver reports and presentationsQualificationsFluent in written and oral English and Italian2 years experience working with military relocations, transitions, translation, cultural integration, customer service, and Italian language class facilitationPosition DetailsFull-Time/Part-Time.Full-Time Compensation.Position: Army Community Services Analyst.Close Date/Open Date: 6/17/2025.Location: Army Garrison Italy.Health & SafetyAt Interactive Government Holdings, Inc.
