Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.We are looking for a Recruiter based in Milan to support the Talent Acquisition Manager for Europe, North Africa, and Turkey across all talent acquisition activities in the region.The role manages and supports internal recruitment processes, from sourcing and headhunting to selection and onboarding.The Recruiter will proactively identify and attract top talent across multiple functions and seniority levels, with a strong focus on corporate and management roles.Main responsibilitiesManage and support in end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate, management, and selected operational roles across Europe, North Africa, and Turkey, as well as trainee recruitment for the Barcelona Head Office.Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment needs, prepare job descriptions and job adverts, and ensure hiring criteria are clearly defined.Draft, update, and publish job adverts across relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and employer branding guidelines.Proactively source, headhunt, and attract top talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct search.Screen applications, assess candidate suitability, coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with managers and senior stakeholders.Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear, timely communication and regular updates on application status.Provide recruitment support for selected roles related to new openings, ensuring timely and efficient hiring in line with project timelines.Support managing offer processes, including preparation of employment offers and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.Oversee and support the onboarding process for few roles, including ATS management, right-to-work checks, and coordination of inductions to ensure a smooth candidate experience.Promote Sunset Hospitality Groups employer brand and support external talent attraction initiatives by attending career fairs, hospitality schools, networking events, and recruitment partnerships across the region.Prepare, consolidate, and present accurate recruitment reports, including weekly/monthly insights on hiring activity, pipelines, recruitment trends, and support with salary benchmarking studies.QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on hospitality (Food & Beverage - restaurants- and/or hotel roles).Strong experience managing recruitment for management, corporate, and operational positions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong plus.Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job descriptions and adverts to onboarding.Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.Solid understanding of candidate experience best practices and employer branding in a hospitality context.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional scope.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.BenefitsCompetitive Salary & ticket restaurantDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.Elevate your career with tailored growth opportunities that align with your ambitions.You can learn more about our company: /
