This role is ideal for a logistics professional who takes ownership, communicates with precision, and ensures every shipment moves flawlessly from origin to destination.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Coordinate ocean freight shipments with suppliers, customers, carriers, and trucking partners.Prepare, review, and validate all required import/export documentation.Manage rate negotiations, quotations, and bookings to meet customer expectations and internal performance goals.Track and monitor shipments, resolving issues quickly while delivering exceptional customer service.Partner with internal teams and global service centers to ensure efficient, seamless operations.What We're Looking ForExperience:Minimum 3 years in ocean, air, or international logistics operations.Mindset:Detail-driven, proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable.Skills:Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Technical:Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CargoWise is a strong plus.Languages:Fluency in EnglishREQUIRED; additional European languages are an advantage.Why Join ACF Global?Be part of an industry-leading global logistics organization.Grow your career in a dynamic, international environment.Work alongside a collaborative, innovative team committed to excellence.
