Investor Relations Manager | MilanOur client, a reputable private equity investment firm, is looking to strengthen its Investor Relations function as part of its continued growth and institutional development.Key responsibilitiesAct as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investorsSupport fundraising processes, including preparation of DDQs, pitch materials, and data roomsCoordinate and prepare periodic investor reporting (quarterly, annual, ad hoc)Assist with investor meetings, roadshows, and ongoing LP communicationWork closely with Partners, senior management, and external advisorsKey requirementsExperience in Investor Relations, Capital Raising, or a related role within private equity, asset management, or a fund environmentSolid understanding of fund structures, LP reporting, and fundraising processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate in a lean, hands-on setting with senior exposureFluent English required;Italian strongly preferredBased in Milan (mandatory)
