Job descriptionWe are looking for a qualified professional willing to be part of our Melt Shops Customer Service Team, with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment.You will work in an international company characterized by high technology complexity.In this role you will ensure the correct management of after-sales activities, taking care of the customer's needs and providing valuable solutions in terms of spare parts, technical assistance and modernisations with the aim to improve plant conditions and performance.You will be part of the EAF product line, within the Upstream Business Unit.ResponsibilitiesAddress customer issues and coordinate troubleshooting activitiesGenerate customer service leads through regular visits and communications with customersIdentify the most suitable technical solution enhancing customer performance and KPIsRetrieve technical information from the plant to the R&D and Technical Departments for product improvementRequirementsHigh School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineeringPrevious experience in the steel-making industry (minimum 2 years)Good knowledge of office package (Excel, Word)Good knowledge of English, writing and speakingWillingness to travelWorkplace: Castellanza (VA)How to applyInterested candidates in the position please apply by the Career section on Tenova website ().#J-*****-Ljbffr
