DescrizionePer realtà consolidata nei settori Real Estate e Telecomunicazioni, ricerchiamo un/aAutomation Manager per le attività di governo e gestione delle performance, tools ed automatismi, con sede a Roma.La figura opererà nell'ambito della manutenzione, con particolare attenzione sulla parte dei tool e degli automatismi che regolano le attività dell'operation center stesso.Nello specifico alla figura competeranno le seguenti attività:Analisi proattiva per l'individuazione di eventuali anomali o criticità sui tool/automatismi; Creazionedi viste specifiche/dashboard per il monitoring/controllo delle attività operative; Analisi econtrollo delle performance degli automatismi; Gestione e segnalazione verso gli enti interni sulle anomalie degli automatismi; Stesura di nuovi requisiti operativi da condividere sia con il Process Manager della Manutenzione che con gli enti di sviluppo/IT; Partecipazione alla fase di testing e collaudo della soluzione approvata (tool ed automatismi) ed implementata con particolare riferimento anche agli impatti sui processi esistenti e sul rispetto dei requisiti; Monitoraggio dei processi per identificare bug successivi all'implementazione della nuova soluzione ed eventuale segnalazione alle strutture di sviluppo/IT; Focal point per eventuali incident sul tool di manutenzione:Interfaccia con gli enti di ingegneria/IT.Si richiedono le seguenti competenze specialistiche in uno o più dei seguenti ambiti:esperienza consolidata su una o più attività fra quelle elencate; conoscenza processi di manutenzione di stazioni radio base; conoscenza di sistemi di gestione della manutenzione e di trouble ticketing (Salesforce); competenze di project management ed analisi funzionale; competenze e conoscenze in ambito automation ed AI; competenze di data analisys.Mettiamo a disposizione manager e consulenti altamente qualificati, con esperienza in tutti i principali settori industriali.Jeffersonwells è parte del Gruppo Manpower e riconosciuta tra le "World's most ethical companies."
