We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR) with a hands-on experience in recruiting non-tech professionals.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing exceptional candidates who possess skills and knowledge required for our success.Explore opportunities at JustMarkets and become a part of our team of professionalsResponsibilitiesAssist in the mass hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidatesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidatesManage the recruitment process from job posting to hiringFocus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the processCollaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure successRequirements2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience of conducting competency-based interviewsDemonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cyclesStrong knowledge of common human resources practicesClear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper — Intermediate EnglishAbility to jump between high-level strategy and tactical executionHigh attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and schedulingExperience in working with an international organization with competing prioritiesWe offer20 paid vacation days per year10 paid sick leave days per yearPublic holidays according to current legislationMedical insurance for employeesCompensation for professional education and learning EnglishCompensation for a sports subscription or sports equipment
