UN/A PRODUCT MANAGER SETTORE CALZATURIERO/FOOTWEAR La risorsa sarà inserita presso l'azienda cliente operante a Giavera del Montello (TV). Cosa Offriamo: Contratto diretto a tempo indeterminato; CCNL Calzaturiero 5 livello; RAL compresa tra i *************** a seconda dell'esperienza della risorsa; Mensa a carnet (60€ per 20 pasti); Orario di lavoro: full-time dal lunedì al venerdì in orario ************; Assicurazione SaniModa. Cosa dovrai fare: Come Senior Footwear Product Manager guiderai lo sviluppo delle collezioni, traducendo la visione del brand e le tendenze di mercato in strategie di prodotto efficaci. Definirai l'assortimento stagionale, creerai brief mirati e seguirai ogni fase del processo — dall'idea al lancio — collaborando con design, sviluppo, marketing e vendite. Supervisionerai materiali, prezzi e performance di mercato per garantire coerenza, qualità e redditività, sostenendo la crescita del brand e l'eccellenza del prodotto a livello globale. Cosa ricerchiamo: Diploma o Laurea triennale in Economia oppure ambiti affini al settore calzaturiero/tessile; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Product Manager nel settore calzaturiero; Ottimo utilizzo della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte internazionali fino al 20% del tempo lavorativo; Preferibilmente esperienza specifica nel settore running, outdoor o sport; Esperienza comprovata nella gestione completa del ciclo di sviluppo prodotto e nel lancio di collezioni di successo a livello internazionale; Conoscenza della costruzione delle calzature, dei materiali e delle esigenze in termini di performance; Competenze di business legate alla gestione dei margini, al pricing e alla pianificazione del ciclo di vita del prodotto; Spiccate doti di leadership e capacità di coordinare team interfunzionali; Domicilio in zone limitrofe.
