European Sales & Marketing Director Food Ingredients Location : Northern Italy onsite This is a Business 2 Business job please apply only if you have experience in Flavours Colours Extracts dried Fruit and vergetables and other value added Food Ingredients Role : The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales marketing and business developmentactivities in Europe Essential Duties and Responsibilities Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team Tasks Qualifications and experience : Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.G. Flavours Colours Extracts Powders) closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors VPs and owners / executives Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.Strong fit with the Companys culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction Requirements Qualifications and experience : Bachelor or Masters degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and / or MBA Fluent in English Italian and other european languages are an asset Minimum 10 years experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry Benefits This is a B2B job This no job for candidates coming from FMCG Horeca Hotelf or Restaurants You are a multicultural personality and you are handsome to save problems and you like to travel 50 % of your time Employment Type : Employee Experience : years Vacancy : 1 #J-*****-Ljbffr
