Construction Mechanical Completion EngineerWe are Tecnimont SpA, an EPC contractor of Maire Tecnimont Group, an industrial leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures.Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the global top-ranking engineering contractors.The positionThe Mechanical Completion Engineer reports to the Mechanical Completion Leader and participates in the setup of the mechanical completion data base.As a team member, they develop training programs, provide feedback on mechanical completion issues, and collect Lessons Learned for the capitalization of knowledge derived from project experience.Mechanical Completion Engineer ensures the execution of all aspects related to Mechanical Completion, both in Home Office and at Site.Activities and main responsibilitiesIn home officeSet up construction/pre-commissioning/commissioning master ITP modelsCo-operate with the mechanical completion coordinator, Engineering and Commissioning team to ensure all deliverables required to build the Completion Database are in line with contractual requirementsUpdate MILEMATE with information prepared by the Engineering functionsEnsure the set up of a user account for the nominated person of Construction Quality, in agreement with ICTAt siteReceive original punch list from discipline supervisors or quality construction inspectors and record them on the punch list record logbookTrack punch list progress, maintain updated reports of closed items, monitor the status of pending priority punch list items in each subsystem and keep Construction Management informedMonitor discipline completion, issue the Discipline Acceptance Certificate according to Handover Procedure when a discipline is completed within a subsystemPerson specificationEducation Level: high school diploma in technical disciplinesRelevant work experience: at least 3-5 years in the same position; both home office and abroad experience are desirableAvailability to be relocated abroad for project working-period ****** months)Good English speaker; language proficiency will be tested in the interviewGood communication and management skills, possessing a high level of organizational abilityAbility to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environmentAttention to detail, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias towards timely performanceSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOil and Gas#J-*****-Ljbffr
