OverviewJob Posting Title: Retail Product Manager SDA – Chinese SpeakingHaier Europe is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region.We are looking for a passionate, proactive, self-driven candidate who thrives in a hyper-collaborative environment and embraces entrepreneurship, innovation, and IoT & Ecosystem thinking.Role focus: support the SDA market team to implement and deliver the SDA strategy, with responsibilities including market, competitor and product insights, retail status and sell-out reporting.What you will doAs Retail Product Manager for the Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) business, you will:Support the local ME leader and Business Manager to achieve the sales target; ensure promotions (online and offline) align with the planned strategy.Analyze market data (GFK, sell-out, sell-in, market trends) and suggest the right mix to increase profitability while remaining competitive.Collaborate with the local team to build the right product line-up and promotional plan per customer to achieve sell-out and market share targets.Coordinate with the marketing division to ensure investments align with the budget and deliver positive ROI.Continuously monitor products, pricing, promotions, and performance.Support the local Team (KAM and sell-out team) to verify product specs against competitors and gather feedback on local competition and retail approaches.Training and Stakeholder ManagementSupport training activities for retail and stores.Assist the SDA local team with forecast collection of sell-out and sell-in data to check alignment with supply and budget.Enhance connection with SDA EU Product Team and HQD to ensure effective order delivery and quick responses to local product requirements.Maintain ongoing alignment with HQE regarding product planning and the implementation of the commercial policy.Feed market data and insights into NPI activities.Support the local SDA Business Director to deliver the commercial strategy, business plan and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Trade Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance) and support Retail customers with clear communications and alignment.What you need to succeedMust haveEducation: Degree in Engineering and/or EconomicsProfessional Experience: Operational and commercial experience in retail; sales knowledge with a strong understanding of product lifecycle and point of sale; experience in fast-moving environments across SDA, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Goods, FMCG or Retail; ability to translate commercial strategy into retail execution; cross-functional exposure including Finance, Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution.Languages: Fluency in Mandarin, Italian and English (written and verbal).Preferred qualifications & soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills using data and insights; highly analytical with forecasting and reporting abilities; strong written and verbal communication; results-oriented with a target-driven mindset; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).Availability for international travel.Nice to HaveFull, valid driving license and willingness to travel (including overnight stays).Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law.Note: This job description reflects the current requirements and may be subject to change at any time.#J-*****-Ljbffr
