Euronext Securities, he company responsible for the organization and management of Euronext's pan-European financial markets, is offering a internship opportunity within the Software Factory pillar, as part of theFunctional Analystteam.The Data, Automation & Messaging Functional Analysis team is responsible for providing business and functional analysis for all enhancements and new implementations of Euronext Securities services related to data, RPA & messaging topics for the four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) within Euronext Securities, located in Milan, Copenhagen, Porto, and Oslo. The DAM - FA has a comprehensive view of the business processes and interacts with all relevant stakeholders, including developers, clients, end-users, and management. He/she also serves as the Proxy Product Owner in the Scrum teams dedicated to developing products for both Euronext Securities and other group companies.Key ResponsabilitiesSupport the gathering and analysis of business requirements related to data, RPA, and messaging processes, in collaboration with stakeholders.Contribute to the drafting of functional specifications and user stories for new features and process improvements.Learn and apply functional analysis methodologies and tools used by the team in Agile/Scrum environments.Assist in conducting gap analyses and documenting potential solution options identified by the team.Support communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to help ensure mutual understanding of requirements.Provide support in preparing project updates and status reports for internal use.Help maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications, user stories, and related materials.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate has:Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.A strong interest in functional/business analysis, data, RPA, and financial services.Good knowledge of tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a structured and collaborative environment.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.Proactive attitude, curiosity, and openness to feedback.Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English (written and spoken).About EuronextPeople are the heart of what we do and we are ready to support their potential and professional growth.
