SR.BRAND MANAGER RAFFO – Birra Peroni Join to apply for the SR.BRAND MANAGER RAFFO role at Birra Peroni.What will you do?We are looking for someone to take on the role of Senior Brand Manager for Raffo.You will be part of the Marketing Team with the aim to define strategy, lead 360° campaigns, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate growth to strengthen Raffo's ranking as #3 in the Birra Peroni portfolio.You report to the Head of Local and International Premium Brands and coach one Junior Brand Manager within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.The environment you will find We are committed to nurturing a workplace where we celebrate and respect difference, and support everyone to be true to who they areAt Asahi Europe and International we believe you can SHINE AS YOU ARE - no matter your age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disabilities, religion, or beliefs.We want to support you to be courageous in your individuality and to know that whoever you are and whatever your circumstances, you can belong with us without having to conform.Responsibilities Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy and positioning framework that delivers sustainable share growth; Lead the 360° marketing plan: ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, PR, and sponsorships; Drive new product development: from ideation and concept testing to launch and post-launch evaluation; Monitor brand performance through KPIs (market share, brand health, ROI, engagement metrics) and recommend corrective actions; Partner with Trade Marketing to craft shopper programs and in-store experiences for On-Trade and Off-Trade; Manage the brand P&L: budget allocation, forecasting, and tracking to meet financial targets; Steer agency partners (creative, media, digital) and manage contracts to ensure on-brief, on-time, on-budget delivery; Lead, mentor, and develop the Junior Brand Manager: goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, and career development.Qualifications You have a Master's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications.Master in Business Administration & Marketing is preferred; You have at least 6 years of experience in Marketing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, preferably in beverage; You have strong analytical and numerical skills: comfortable with data analysis, forecasting, and business case; You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to influence cross-functional teams and external partners; You have proven track record in brand strategy, portfolio architecture, and P&L management; You have good people management skills and excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple strategic initiatives; You have creative mindset with a flair for developing original, impactful campaigns; You are fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.In return we offer Permanent contract; Flexible way of working (option to work up to 11 days remotely, without set days); Cool new offices; The opportunity to contribute to impactful projects; A dynamic work experience in an international context and the chance to learn.Location Our Roma HeadquarterNext steps Our Talent Acquisition Team will assess your application and if you have what we're looking for, you'll be contacted for an initial phone screen; If we like what we hear, you'll be invited to an interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team and your future ManagerSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing Industries Manufacturing and Food and Beverage Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Birra Peroni by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
