FILIALE: MILANO OFFICESPECIALIZZAZIONE: CORE SKILL - Engineering Vuoi mettere a frutto il tuo potenziale tecnico e gestionale??Sei alla ricerca di un ambiente stimolante e innovativo?Potremmo avere l'opportunità giusta per teGrafton Engineering* è un team dedicato a valorizzare le esperienze, le competenze e il potenziale dei candidati in ambito Progettazione, Logistica e Supply Chain, Production & Maintenance, Qualità - Sicurezza e Ambiente, Process & Project Management.Siamo un team di professionisti appassionati, lavoriamo per accompagnare i nostri candidati verso le mansioni ed i contesti aziendali più coerenti con le loro competenze e le loro aspettative.Per importante realtà cliente, selezioniamo una figura di:WELDING ENGINEERIl tuo ruolo sarà fondamentale nel garantire l'integrità, la sicurezza e le prestazioni delle strutture e dei componenti saldati nei settori della produzione, della costruzione e delle applicazioni industriali.Questa posizione implica la progettazione di procedure di saldatura, la selezione di materiali e tecniche adeguati, nonché la supervisione delle operazioni di saldatura per soddisfare gli standard di qualità e i requisiti normativi.Sviluppare e implementare procedure e specifiche di saldatura per diversi progetti.Selezionare tecniche di saldatura, attrezzature e materiali appropriati in base ai requisiti di progettazione e prestazioni.Effettuare test e ispezioni di saldatura per garantire la conformità agli standard del settore (es. ASME, AWS, ISO).Risolvere problemi legati alla saldatura e fornire supporto tecnico ai team di produzione.Esaminare e interpretare disegni tecnici, progetti e documentazione tecnica.Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo per incrementare l'efficienza della saldatura, ridurre i costi e migliorare la qualità.Requisiti richiesti:Laurea in Ingegneria della Saldatura, Scienza dei Materiali, Ingegneria Meccanica o campo correlato.Solida conoscenza dei processi di saldatura (es. MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW, saldatura laser).Familiarità con la metallurgia, i trattamenti termici e il comportamento dei materiali in condizioni di saldatura.Padronanza dei codici e degli standard di saldatura (AWS D1.1, ASME Sezione IX, ISO ****, ecc.).Esperienza con metodi di test non distruttivi (NDT) come ultrasuoni, radiografie e penetranti liquidi.Capacità di utilizzare software CAD e strumenti di simulazione di saldatura.Sede di lavoro: Cusago (MI)Orario di lavoro full timeRAL *************** €Se pensi di avere le competenze e l'attitudine per questo ruolo, inviaci la tua candidatura*Grafton Engineering è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
