Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.KIKO MILANO was founded in **** in Milan and since then has revolutionized how cosmetics are sold globally.We thrive to offer an incredible variety of products, textures & colours, a multi-sensorial experience in innovative technology yet always at an affordable price.Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for aGlobal Learning Specialistto join KIKO MILANO's Global HR Team, reporting to the Global Learning & Development Senior Manager.Such talent will focus on supporting Learning & Development activities and processes.In particular, you will:Support the design, continuous enhancement, and global rollout of our Learning & Development strategyCo-design high-impact, blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, e-learning, digital content)Being a facilitator of the face to face and virtual training sessions on soft skills &/or managerial skillsContribute to the ongoing improvement of our e-learning ecosystem, ensuring content relevance, platform usability, and alignment with L&D KPIsUse data and learning analytics to monitor training effectiveness, assess ROI, and drive evidence-based improvementsEmbrace innovative learning technologies and trends (e.g., AI, microlearning, mobile learning, social learning) to future-proof our learning offer.Manage and maintain our e-learning platform (LMS): content upload, performance reporting, learning initiativesPartner with HR and local Training Leads across Markets to cascade the global L&D strategy and continuously assess learning needsCollaborate with the Retail Training team for the continuous development of our KIKO Learning architecture.Organize and coordinate training initiatives, including vendor management, logistics, and communicationsWhat you will need to succeed3-years experience in learning area (preferably in Head Quarter of multinational company)Degree/Master in education, in psychology, social, communication, human or economics studies fieldsHuman Resources specialization will be a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (above all in Ppt, Excel, Teams)Experience with graphic design, video editing tool, or e-learning content creation tools will be a plusWe would love if you hadAbility to learn on the jobExcellent communication and soft skills with experience of building relationships across an organisationA solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at paceHighly collaborative style & willingness and ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedbackCreative mindset and passion for innovation in learning activitiesSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesPersonal Care Product Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
