Supply Chain Operations Control SpecialistJoin to apply for theSupply Chain Operations Control Specialistrole atStellantis.Role OverviewStellantis is a leading global mobility player guided by a clear mission: to provide freedom of movement for all through distinctive, appealing, affordable and sustainable mobility solutions.Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.The selected candidate will be based in Rivalta di Torino, the Italian headquarter of Stellantis aftersales and spare parts services.We are looking for a young motivated and results-oriented Supply Chain Operations Control Specialist to join our Warehouse in Rivalta (Turin) within the Operational Control Department.The role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key logistics KPIs and warehouse costs, contributing to continuous improvement of operational efficiency through analysis and reporting tools.This position provides visibility across logistics and supply chain processes and can represent a significant opportunity for professional growth within the organization.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (e.g., productivity, volumes, on-time shipment) to ensure optimal performance.Define workforce planning, based on operational volumes and expected absenteeism.Create periodic reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Access, and Power BI.Support monthly logistics cost reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.Configure WMS setup, ensuring alignment with operational processes.Supervise inventory activities subject to audit, ensuring compliance with SOX procedures and company standards.QualificationsMaster's degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance indicators.Excellent knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.Fluent in English.Previous experience in data processing and analysis is preferred.Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions.Proactivity, flexibility, and continuous improvement attitude.Passion for the automotive industry and interest in data analysis.Job DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustry: Motor Vehicle ManufacturingAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.Diverse teams will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers and care for our future.#J-*****-Ljbffr
