Job DescriptionTechnical Superintendent – MaritimeLocation : Genoa, Italy | Full-Time, PermanentOn behalf of a well-established maritime company based in Genoa, we are looking to speak with experienced Technical Superintendents interested in a shore-based role with a focus on vessel management and technical operations.The role will involve responsibility for the day-to-day technical performance of assigned vessels, including maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, and liaison with onboard crews and third parties.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and managing technical condition and performance of vesselsCoordinating repairs, dry dockings, and inspectionsEnsuring compliance with relevant maritime regulations and internal standardsManaging budgets and technical documentationSupporting onboard teams with operational and technical issuesCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar shore-based role, or as a senior engineer onboardSolid understanding of vessel systems, maintenance processes, and maritime regulationsStrong communication and organisational skillsFluency in English; Italian is beneficialPreference will be given to candidates within commuting distance of GenoaThis position offers the opportunity to work in a stable, experienced technical team with an organisation that maintains a strong presence in the maritime sector.#J-*****-Ljbffr
