Ready for a challenge?About this role Join the JET Sales organisation as a Sales Support Intern and play a vital role in our growth.This is a 6-month internship that is renewable for an additional 6 months (total of 12 months).It can be structured as either a curricular or extracurricular stage.You will deliver timely, high-quality administrative support that enables our sales teams to be highly efficient and effective.Your work directly contributes to new restaurant partner activation and helps us maintain our commitment to excellent service and team collaboration.Location: Milan Reporting to: Team Leader Sales Operations What You'll Do: Key Components to the Position Activate new partners by meticulously completing the verification of all required information to successfully onboard them onto the platform.Provide seamless administrative support across the sales organisation, directly contributing to team success.Help maintain a high service quality and delivery speed, directly impacting the efficiency of sales operations.Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and discussions, supporting team strategy and progress.What You'll Bring to the Team Exceptional organisational skills and the proven ability to multitask with accuracy.A goal-driven mindset and commitment to achieving team targets under tight deadlines.Proficiency with Google Sheets and a natural inclination for team collaboration.The ability to communicate with partners over the phone in a professional, commercial manner.The confidence to execute standardised work efficiently while handling pressure.Fluent in Italian Bonus Points: Preferred familiarity with Salesforce (e.G., creating leads or managing assignments).Language: English language skills.Perks of the Internship We value your contribution.For this internship, you will receive: A monthly reimbursement of 600 Euros .7 Euros per day in ticket restaurant (meal vouchers).At JET, this is on the menu: Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.Fun, fast-paced and supportive, the JET culture is about movement, growth and about celebrating every aspect of our JETers.Thanks to them we stay one step ahead of the competition.Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging
