Then we are looking for you.As a Remote Diagnostics Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support in the event of vehicle repair and diagnostic problems in vehicle workshops.You will work closely with our national and international customers, for whom problem solving is one of your main tasks.You will use different tools to perform remote diagnostic procedures, parameterizations and calibrations.You will work in an international team and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of our services.QualificationsTraining: completed university studies (bachelor/master/diploma) in the field of vehicle technology or a comparable course of study, or training as a master or state-certified technicianExperience and expertise: Knowledge in the field of vehicle diagnostics, expertise in handling IT systems, experience in direct customer contact (e.g. car repair hotline support)Personality and way of working: You are a team player and distinguish yourself through your communicative nature; You work in an organized and structured manner, act independently, persevere and are able to adapt to flexible tasksLanguages: very good Italian spoken and written, good English spoken and writtenAdditional information: Willingness to travel requiredAdditional InformationAdditional informationBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
