Il candidato ideale deve essere altamente motivato, proattivo e disposto ad affrontare nuove sfide in Paesi con normative e standard diversi. La conoscenza della lingua inglese è un requisito fondamentale, mentre la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un vantaggio.
