Risorse Professional, realtà specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di middle e top management, per noto investitore e gestore immobiliare su Milano, ricerca un:Investment Analyst - Real EstateLa figura ricercata verrà inserita all'interno dell'area investimenti e si occuperà di:Analisi e valutazione di opportunità di investimento immobiliare, inclusa analisi di mercato, location e rischi dell'operazione;Sviluppo di modelli finanziari e business plan (DCF, IRR, cash flow) per supportare le decisioni di investimento;Supporto alle attività di valutazione immobiliare e coordinamento con advisor e periti esterni;Monitoraggio delle performance degli asset in portafoglio e analisi degli scostamenti rispetto al business plan;Preparazione di investment memo e materiali di supporto per Investment Committee e CdA.Laurea in Economia e Finanza;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ambito real estate nel settore investiementi.CCNL Commercio;Sede di lavoro: Milano.
