STIGA is a leading European manufacturer and distributor of lawnmowers and power garden equipment, with over 90 years of experience in the market.We are consistently curious, conscious of trends, inspiring, and visionary – just like our customersWe are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our company for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco VenetoKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollect, organize and input data from various internal sources to support analysis on business performance and operational trends.Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, and insights that can support decision-making across different teams.Support international teams by providing data reports, dashboards and analytical summaries when needed.Prepare and submit reports on key metrics, performance indicators and data-driven insights to management.KPI creation and analysisAnalysis and data input on SAP management systemKNOWLEDGEGood at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially ExcelPrevious Knowledge of SAP management system, is preferableLANGUAGESKnowledge of Italian and English is mandatoryA further language knowledge is appreciatedMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Flexibility, and capable of working in high evolving contexts, are requiredCosts and Quality orientedAutonomy and initiative attitudeTeam working attitudeProblem solving attitudeHigh sense of time scheduled respect and energy levelOpen to acquire knowledge in the international marketsReimbursement: €700 per month + free access to the company canteenCurious about our values?
