Information Technology Project Manager

Project Scope: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and K3 Pebblestone ImplementationLocation: Italy (Milan) with ability to travel to Netherlands.Reporting to: CIORole OverviewNorth Technology Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across its international operating entities.This role is responsible for delivering a complex, multi entity ERP transformation, transitioning the group from legacy systems, including SAP Business One and 4Seasons.The role carries end to end accountability for project delivery, including governance, planning, execution, and business adoption.While operational processes will remain legally and operationally separated by entity, the solution must support group level financial consolidation and reporting through a dedicated consolidation company.This is a hands on role requiring strong leadership, structured delivery discipline, and the ability to align local business requirements with a defined group architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery and GovernanceLead the programme through all phases of a structured Business Central waterfall methodology, including Analysis, Design, Configuration, Deployment, and OperationsOwn overall project governance, decision making cadence, escalation management, and stakeholder alignmentMaintain delivery against the indicative nine-month timeline, ensuring milestones such as solution sign off, testing completion, and go live readiness are achievedSchedule and Budget AccountabilityManage scope, dependencies, risks, and inter entity coordination to ensure delivery within approved budgetTrack progress across parallel workstreams and ensure issues are resolved without downstream impactResource and Stakeholder ManagementLead a compact, business team working with vendor project teams comprising functional specialists and localised resources in Italy and the Netherlands.Coordinate local teams responsible for testing, training, and data ownership, ensuring accountability remains with the businessWork closely with the vendor Solution Architect to ensure local configurations align with the agreed group architecture and do not introduce unnecessary divergenceBusiness Discovery and Integration OversightFacilitate and structure discovery workshops to capture business requirements across both entitiesPay particular attention to specific complexities, including:POS integrations3PL and logistics providersData Migration and CutoverLead a clean start data migration strategy, covering:Open purchase and sales ordersOversee data extraction, mapping, and validation while ensuring data quality ownership remains with local teamsTesting, Training and Go Live ReadinessLead User Acceptance Testing, ensuring the system meets both functional and non functional requirements prior to production sign offCoordinate Train the Trainer activities to ensure sustainable internal capability post go liveEnsure readiness across people, process, and system dimensions before deploymentGroup Reporting and ConsolidationSupport the establishment of group level consolidation reporting, enabling the holding company to pull financial and operational data from both databases as requiredRequired Qualifications and ExperienceERP and Project LeadershipProven experience managing full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementationsStrong delivery discipline using structured waterfall methodologiesDemonstrated ability to lead multi country, multi entity ERP programmesIndustry ExpertiseExperienced in Fashion, Apparel, or SportswearStrong understanding of Microsoft Business Central having implemented multiple projects within the fashion and sportswear industryLanguage and CommunicationFluency in Italian and English is mandatoryAbility to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and produce documentation in both languagesStrategic and Operational MindsetComfortable making authoritative decisions that balance:Local operational needsFinancial and compliance considerationsApply today to take the next step in your career with North Technology Group#J-*****-Ljbffr
