ResponsibilitiesAI Enablement & Capability BuildingDevelop AI learning paths across Smart Infrastructure IT and Smart InfrastructureDesign impact formats: trainings, Design Thinking workshops, discovery sessions, multipliers programs, coaches trainingBuild reusable assets (playbooks, templates, guides, starter kits, benchmark decks)Maintain and evolve the AI Champions Network and enablement communitiesMeasure enablement effectiveness, usage, adoption KPIs and iterate based on dataDiscovery & Early-Phase AI Use Case SupportFacilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and opportunities using Design Thinking and service designHelp teams analyze pain points, frame problems and identify processes that could benefit from AI-driven improvementGuide ideas through the intake process and ensure they reach the right delivery teams for implementationProvide practical readiness support, including skills assessment, data awareness and cross-team alignment to enable successful adoptionChange Management & Adoption AccelerationTranslate AI & transformation strategy into concrete change actions for teams, regions and functionsCoach leaders and teams on working models, behaviors and mindset shifts required for AI adoptionCraft compelling narratives (value stories, before/after scenarios, success cases)Drive communication flows, storytelling and internal "AI literacy" campaignsSupport post-workshop change activities where needed (adoption nudges, champions activation)Frameworks, Standards & QualityMaintain and evolve standardized methodologies (Design Thinking, enablement modules, maturity/assessment frameworks)Ensure consistent quality across all enablement activities and materialsContribute to scalable approaches supporting ONE Tech Company, Data & AI maturity models and SI IT ExcellenceCross-Functional CollaborationServe as a key connector across Smart Infrastructure IT and related business unitsFoster collaboration and ensure smooth handovers between critical stakeholders, including:Transformation Hub – driving enablement, discovery and change initiativesData & AI teams – delivering advanced analytics and AI solutionsAutomation and Agent Factory – building intelligent automation capabilitiesPlatform and Product teams – managing core technology platformsStrategy & Portfolio teams – aligning priorities and governanceRequirements5+ years in management consulting, product/technical program management, or digital transformation; 2+ years leading AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiativesStrong hypothesis-driven problem solving, stakeholder influence, executive presence and the ability to explain complex topics simplyProven success designing and scaling learning journeys, workshops, communities of practice and adoption playbooksWorking understanding of AI/ML platforms, APIs, agent/automation patterns, RAG, data governance; able to challenge and coach technical teamsOutstanding storytelling, facilitation and visual communication; confident in C-level settingsSTEM degree (Computer Science, Data/AI, Engineering, Information Systems or related); Master's required, PhD preferredCurious, pragmatic and outcome-focused; comfortable with ambiguity; high ownership and follow-throughItalian and English (both fluent)Nice to HaveFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI/OpenAI and Power Platform in enterprise contextsModel designAgile ways of working (Jira/Confluence); ability to build or oversee small demos/PoCs with data/AI teamsWhat Success Looks Like (first 6–12 months)Enablement embedded: Role-based learning journeys and peer forums active; managers and AI Champions sustain adoption without heavy central pushMeasurable value: Clear KPI improvements in targeted workflows; visible dashboarding for leadershipPortfolio traction: A prioritized pipeline of AI use cases with ROI frameworks; 3–5 scaled playbooks adopted across functionsProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyWhat We OfferFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results, hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wifi connection reimbursementWelfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch optionsNever stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeysAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourselfJoin us and be yourself.
