Overview Contract Logistics Quality Specialist works within Contract Logistics.In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations.Working as part of the Customer Service team, the Contract Logistics Quality Specialist will conduct monitoring and supervising activities related to warehouse inventory processes with the aim of improve quality standards and reduce potentials issues with an impact on goods workflow.With this aim, She/He will strictly collaborate with Operations, to share information and proper practices to operate correctly to ensure an efficient goods workflow.ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with Operations, review all relevant goods workflow processes, isolating issues, verifying correct processes, and ensuring that all required quality standards are always metAnalyse internal and external errors including customer complaints using root cause analysis, then implement preventative measures and optimization of quality processesDevelop, implement, and deliver quality control and easy to understand reports, charts, and/or dashboards to communicate information about right operational practices and potential issuesDevelop and implement a daily inventory task routine capable to identify errors efficiently and quickly, and consequently coach Operations and other departments about right practicesEnsure that processes for inventory claims, returns, damaged goods handling are completed, and identify measures to reduce damagesIdentify and resolve identified inventory issues via root cause analysisDeliver all required of stock counts in accordance with customer requirements and KN guidelinesQualifications2 – 5 years' experience preferably in multinational companies better if automatized or relevant studies in the fieldExperience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership in operational and fast paced work environmentsDemonstrated ability to work in diverse teams, curiosity, and flexibilityExperience with metric oriented and data analysis-based work environments characterized by the respect of strict SLAs and deadlines and ability to prioritize issues and tasks by using ticketing systemsWhat's in it for youAs a global leader with a strong heritage and a vision to move the world forward, we offer a safe, stable environment where your career can make a real difference.Whether we help deliver life-saving medicines, develop sustainable transportation solutions or support our local communities, your career will contribute to more than you can imagine.Who We AreLogistics shapes our daily lives – from the goods we consume to the healthcare we need.At Kuehne+Nagel, your day-to-day work goes beyond logistics; it supports the big and small moments in people's lives around the world.As a global leader with a strong structure and a forward-looking vision, we offer a safe and stable environment where your career can make a real impact.Whether we're helping to deliver life-saving medicines, developing sustainable transport solutions, or supporting local charities, your career will contribute to far more than you can imagine.#J-*****-Ljbffr
