Retail Specialist GDO | PADOVA – CPM Italy CPM Italy is a leading international agency that has been managing the world's top brands for over 80 years.We provide merchandising, sales, consumer activation, customer support and product training across a broad portfolio of platforms.As a part of our dynamic team in Padova, you will promote the visibility of our client brands within the wholesale distribution channel, developing strong relationships with store managers, carefully positioning product displays, and ensuring brand guidelines are followed.ResponsibilitiesVerify compliance with agreements between clients and large retail chains (GDO) and enhance brand visibility across a network of retail points.Collect and analyse data and information in the field.Ensure correct placement of product references on shelves.Improve display quality of products using the provided materials.Maximise the use of in-store communication assets (POP).Build and nurture contacts with department heads of GDO stores.Prepare photographic reports of store setups.Participate in continuing training on field-marketing best practices.Collaborate continuously with a dedicated supervisor for activity planning and support.QualificationsExperience in a similar role is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.Strong relational skills, communication ability and a desire to work well with others.Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion for brands.Valid Category B driving licence.Willingness to travel for work.What We OfferFewer constraints on work arrangement: you'll work independently, yet receive guidance from a supervisor, and you'll have the flexibility to organise your activities in light of your personal commitments.CPM Italy values the quality of your life as much as your professional results.Location: Padova, Veneto, Italy.Employment type: Full-time.Seniority level: Entry level.For more information and to apply, please visit CPM Italy website or contact our recruitment team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
