Global Corporate Banking - Large Cap Vice President, ItalyJoin to apply for the Global Corporate Banking - Large Cap Vice President, Italy role at JPMorganChase .Job SummaryAs a Vice President in our Large Cap team, you will be a Corporate Banker responsible for managing and growing our business in Italy with a focus on Italian clients. The selected candidate will manage a broad suite of products, in close alignment and cooperation with product and global coverage partners.Job DescriptionRelationship responsibility is global across our network and full set of corporate banking products; Debt Capital Markets, Payments, Credit, Financing, Trade, Markets (Foreign Exchange/rates/commodities), Securities Services and Asset Management.Job ResponsibilitiesWorking with product and investment banking coverage bankers to pitch for new client relationships and new business with existing clients.Jointly with products partners, identifying and leading tailored marketing of products addressing clients' needs.Leading credit risk and other internal approval processes for all credit across loans and Markets exposure.Revenue responsibility for top line growth as well as for sound risk return metrics and KPIs set by the business.Being the first line of defence for continuous credit quality monitoring. Leading credit risk and other internal approval processes for loans and all counterparty exposures.Onboarding of target clients and presentation of the respective business and credit cases to the relevant internal partners and committees.Required Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsProven Corporate/Investment Banking experience across the Italian market.Proven ability to develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and build networks, both internally and externally.In-depth knowledge of banking products.Risk management expertise with experience in originating credit and debt capital markets transactions.Proven influencing skills with a track record of managing cross cultural environments and inter-department collaboration.Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.Creative, inclusive and an innovative team player.Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner.Must be willing to travel regionally and internationally.Desired Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsItalian experience preferable.ABOUT USJ.P.
