OverviewMedical Science Liaison (MSL) - Italy - Rare Diseases.Join Amplity, the full-service go-to partner of biopharma companies that delivers flexible + specialized medical + commercial services.No matter where a drug is in its lifecycle, we scale with ease to maximize resources + improve impact for all our clients.Through strategic partnerships + deep therapeutic expertise, Amplity transforms how breakthrough treatments reach the people who need them.Location: Home base in Italy with *****% travel.Territory: Italy.Client: Biotech, Rare Diseases.Reports to: Program Director at Amplity Health.ResponsibilitiesSupport activities across Medical Affairs and Clinical Development objectives for the client's portfolio of pipeline products.Serve as a key interface with clinical trial sites across development programs, working with Clinical Development and Clinical Operations to ensure successful execution of high-quality clinical studies.Collaborate with Medical Affairs to identify and engage opinion leaders within the medical community to communicate non-promotional scientific and medical information on disease states and/or pipeline products across therapeutic areas.Act as primary interface between the client and clinical trial sites, ensuring alignment with local CD/Clinical Operations/CRO colleagues for flawless site execution.Develop deep scientific expertise in neurology, genetics, and rare diseases; be a scientifically credible leader and collaborative partner.Cultivate and maintain relationships with opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and study staff within the assigned region.Provide scientific support to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial and other cross-functional teams for key corporate strategies; support scientific congresses, advisory boards, speaker programs; share insights from fieldwork with cross-functional teams.Operate in a highly ethical manner and comply with all laws, regulations and policies.RequirementsMaster's or Diploma in Life Science (minimum).At least 2 years of experience as Medical Science Liaison or similar field-based function in medical affairs.Relevant therapeutic area knowledge, ideally neurology, genetics or rare disease.Experience with clinical trial design, conduct and evaluation.Biotech experience is a plus.Fluent in English and the local country language where applicable.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present medical/scientific information clearly.Adept at developing relationships and building networks; excellent organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.Ability to influence without authority and negotiate with confidence; able to function independently and in a team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Permanent residence within the assigned region; travel up to *****% of time.ComplianceOperate in a highly ethical manner and comply with all laws, regulations and policies.Complete mandatory training in assigned timelines upon hire and when new policies, SOPs, or guidance are issued.About AmplityAmplity Health is a partner of global healthcare companies that builds transformational solutions by challenging boundaries of commercialization strategies to improve patient lives.We offer: commercialization, clinical & medical outsourced solutions, consulting, remote engagement, and field outsourced solutions.Values: Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration.We are an Equal Opportunities Employer.If you require any reasonable adjustments or have questions about your application, please contact our recruiter Laura Franco atApplication Notes: Applications and CVs should be submitted in English to be considered.#J-*****-Ljbffr
