An international electronics manufacturer is looking for an experienced R&D Department Manager to lead its Italian R&D center.The role covers the full product development cycle, from design to industrialization, within an innovative and international industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of technicians and engineersDefine and implement the product & process development roadmap in line with business unit strategy.Supervise design, prototyping, and industrialization activities, ensuring quality, cost, and deadlines are met.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align product innovation with market trends.Manage budgets, resources, and improvement plans for R&D.Drive continuous improvement and foster technical excellence in mechanical and electrical domains.Requirements (Indispensable)Engineering degree (preferably in Mechanics or Electronics).Solid R&D management experience, with proven ability to lead daily team activities.Fluent in English; Italian required.Desired (Nice to Have)Previous experience in industrial or applications.Background in manufacturing processes.OfferA key leadership role in a growing international group.Attractive packageFull-time position, based inMilan, Italy.
