For the Milan office of a primary Private Equity Fund, we are looking for an Investment Analyst to join the italian team.Client DetailsPrimary Private Equity Fund focused on lifestyle investments, leader within the alternative investments' sector.DescriptionThe resource will assist senior team members throughout the entire investment lifecycle and portfolio management.Responsibilities include:Maintaining the deal flow databaseInitial screening of investment opportunitiesConducting market and competitive researchDrafting financial analysis and modellingContributing to investment committee materialsSupporting senior team members in Due Diligence and deal execution activitiesMonitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of existing portfolio companiesManaging documentation workflows and contributing to internal administrative and investor relations activitiesProfileKey skills and eligibility criteria include:Previous 1 year experience (ideally in Private Equity, Transaction Services or M&A Advisory)Strong academic background from a leading business school or engineering university with focus on Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or EconomicsExcellent numerical and analytical skills coupled with attention to detailBeing flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environmentProficiency in Excel, Power Point and WordOutstanding written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and EnglishJob OfferGreat career opportunity.Desired Skills and ExperienceKey skills and eligibility criteria include:Previous 1 year experience (ideally in Private Equity, Transaction Services or M&A Advisory)Strong academic background from a leading business school or engineering university withfocus on Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or EconomicsExcellent numerical and analytical skills coupled with attention to detailBeing flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environmentProficiency in Excel, Power Point and WordOutstanding written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English
