GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions, a division of GF, is the world's leading supplier of piping systems.We enable the safe and sustainable transport of fluids.Our business is driven by industry-leading sustainability levels, innovation through digital solutions and investment in a culture based on performance, learning and caring.If you're passionate about technology, sustainability, and global collaboration — you'll feel right at home with us.As Global Portfolio Manager – Microelectronics, you will lead the strategic product portfolio for the Semiconductor industry, focusing on ultra-pure water (UPW) applications.Your goal is to keep our offer competitive, differentiated, and aligned with customer needs.Collaborate with global Product Management teams to shape the product mix and roadmap, act as the key link to Sales, and turn market insights into actionable portfolio decisions.You will also manage selected Microelectronics products.This role is vital for translating market intelligence into priorities - driving long-term leadership and growth.Global Portfolio Manager – Microelectronics (m/f/d)Your TasksDefine and refine the Microelectronics portfolio strategy based on customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trendsPrioritize competitive products in collaboration with Product Management teams and the Microelectronics organizationAlign portfolio with global growth targets and innovation roadmapConsolidate market insights and customer feedback into portfolio development plansSupport Sales and Marketing in communicating portfolio value to customersEnsure portfolio decisions are embedded across the organizationCollaborate with R&D, Operations, and key departments to deliver strategic initiativesTrack portfolio performance (growth, margin, and competitiveness e.g.)Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to initiate corrective actionsYour ProfileA bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similarProfound experience in the microelectronics industry is key10+ years' experience in portfolio and/or product management, ideally in a B2 B or engineering environmentStrong knowledge of market segmentation, product lifecycle, and strategic portfolio developmentSkilled in navigating matrixed, multicultural environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer valueProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectivelyStrategic thinker with strong decision-making and commercial acumen
