Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports all marketing and communication initiatives for Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova.This role focuses on hands-on execution, content creation, digital marketing, campaign coordination, and PR activities.It requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate closely with both the hotel team and the Apex Alliance Hotel Management HQ Marketing team, ensuring full alignment with corporate marketing standards and brand guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage hotel online channels including website updates and social media platforms.Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns.Create engaging written and visual content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing.Coordinate photoshoots, video production, and asset creation with the GM and HQ Marketing team.Coordinate event marketing activities, promotions, and onsite activations.Execute multiple marketing projects within set timelines, including online campaigns, partnerships, content production, and event support.Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide necessary marketing materials and support.Ensure all activities follow Hilton brand standards and Apex guidelines.Qualifications & Skills1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital communication (hotel or hospitality industry is a plus).Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and best practices.Solid project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.Proficiency in creating both visual and written content.Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.What We OfferOpportunities for professional growth within a leading international hotel brand.Discounted rates for accommodation and F&B in international branded hotels.Welfare benefits.Company equipment provided (laptop and mobile phone).Apply now and join a dynamic hospitality environment to grow your marketing career with usThe personal data provided will be processed solely for the purpose of personnel selection, in compliance with EU Regulation ********** (GDPR).The search is open to all candidates, pursuant to Legislative Decree ********** and subsequent amendments and additions.This announcement is in line with our policy of equal opportunities and inclusion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
