Digital Solutions Project Lead

Overview M-Cube is looking for a Project Manager to be inserted in the Operations & Delivery area and will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and executing projects to reach the business goals, being able to motivate the project team for the best quality result.She/He will frequently interact with target customers to better define, plan and deliver the project tasks, taking care of internal and external reporting as well.When requested, the new resource can be committed to support other PM activities based on the team needs.She/He will also help the organization to set up internal and external meetings such as Project Update Meeting, Steering Committee and Project Review.The Project Manager will report all significant project information into the internal CMR and cloud computing software to guarantee data accuracy in an international environment.Main Responsibilities and Goals Define the project scope, objectives and schedule, ensuring timely and regular delivery of value.Manage the project start-up, planning, execution and closure, organizing available resources in compliance with time, cost and quality constraints.Coordinate and align the different departments and external partners/subcontractors on the following activities: Scheduling and procurement follow-up Preparation, configuration and shipment of goods Content production and management Installation and handover to the maintenance team Organise and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports.Monitor project deliverables and risks, managing non-compliances and escalating critical issues when needed Collect business needs and translate them into internal requirements.Act as a facilitator between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.Validate tasks and sub-tasks completion, ensuring clear data alignment and proper documentation (equipment, pictures, diagrams).Achieve project targets by respecting foreseen costs, time and quality.Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a customer-oriented approach throughout the project.Guarantee a prompt reaction to non-compliances, restoring the expected level of quality.Ensure proper and exhaustive project handover to the maintenance phase with precise documentation.Required Skills Bachelor's degree or technical diploma with proven experience in project management.Solid project management skills (project scheduling, full project life cycle management).Strong organizational, leadership and team-building skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers.Fluent in English and Italian (both oral and written); additional languages will be considered a plus.Technical knowledge of digital environments, AV equipment (screens, players, audio/video products) and basic IT networking.Proficiency with enterprise and productivity software (Windows, MS Office, Google Drive, etc.).Problem-solving and troubleshooting orientation.Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility in working hours and availability for business trips.Experience in the Digital Signage market, multimedia and omnichannel solutions (DXPOne, Scala, BrightSign, Magic Info).Knowledge of LED wall hardware.Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and content scheduling software.Knowledge of content scheduling software Multi-tasking and integration skills across company strategies, planning, controlling and documentation development.Our offer A salary in line with experience and market conditions Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team A position in an international company with an innovative and dynamic environment Company hybrid working policy Rho (Milan) This job posting is open to candidates of all genders pursuant to Art. 27 (D.Lgs. ********), to all individuals protected under D.Lgs.9 luglio ****, n.21 and N. 216, and to protected categories (Law *****), as we believe in providing every person with the opportunity to contribute to our success.Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-*****-Ljbffr
