Min. *********) search for a multinational in the automotive sector, aTALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALISTReports to : Head of People ManagementAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to support the company's objectives.You will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesUtilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidatesScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company cultureEnsure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines.If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business PartnersCoordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teamsConduct reference checks and background screenings as necessaryFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the teamEssential CompetenciesUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environmentFluency in both italian and englishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multitudes, dynamic priorities and tight deadlinesGoal - Oriented and Open - Minded, with a proactive and "can do" attitude to workAvailable to travel to foreign plantsThe application must include explicit authorization to process personal data pursuant to EU Regulation ********** (GDPR).The research is aimed at both sexes (L. ******** and L. ********) and at people of all ages and all nationalities (Legislative Decree ******** and Legislative Decree ********).#J-*****-Ljbffr
