Who We AreDal **** Innovery, gruppo leader del mercato italiano ed europeo con un'ampia gamma di soluzioni e servizi nell'ambito cyber security, si è unito a Neverhack.Questa fusione unisce le forze delle due entità per offrire soluzioni innovative e potenziate nel panorama tecnologico, promuovendo l'eccellenza e l'innovazione nell'ICT e oltre.NEVERHACK è un gruppo francese specializzato in cybersecurity.Fondato nel **** e con sedi in 10 paesi, il gruppo conta oggi più di **** dipendenti in tutto il mondo.E' proprio grazie al momento di forte espansione che siamo alla ricerca di Network Security Engineer junior.MissionPer un nostro imperante cliente su Asti, siamo cercando un/una Senior Infrastructure Manager altamente esperto/a, preciso/a e orientato/a al dettaglio, per guidare il team dedicato alle infrastrutture IT europee all'interno del nostro nuovo Competency Center di Asti.In questo ruolo avrai la responsabilità manageriale dell'intero perimetro infrastrutturale, coordinando un team di circa 10 persone distribuite in diverse sedi europee e supportando 14 siti inclusi nel relativo scope.Responsabilità principaliGestire il Team Infrastructure in Europa, con supervisione anche sulle attività di Cybersecurity.Definire, implementare e supportare servizi e soluzioni WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Cloud Services (principalmente Microsoft Azure) e cybersecurity, a livello regionale e di sito, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali.Definire e gestire configurazioni Endpoint, distribuzione software e soluzioni basate su Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, M365, EntraID, in coordinamento con il Team IT Operations.Supportare e gestire le certificazioni di Sicurezza IT (es. ISO *****, TISAX), in collaborazione con gli altri team.Mantenere relazioni efficaci con gli stakeholder interni appartenenti a tutte le divisioni e sedi europee.Gestire OPEX e CAPEX relativi alle infrastrutture IT.Assicurare che soluzioni e servizi erogati siano in linea con i requisiti di business, generando valore a costi competitivi.Garantire livelli di servizio mission-critical erogati dal Data Center regionale, dalle operazioni Cloud e dai service provider strategici.Mantenere aggiornati hardware e software infrastrutturali, assicurando la disponibilità dei relativi contratti di servizio.Fornire soluzioni tecniche per l'approvvigionamento delle apparecchiature IT, in coordinamento con la funzione Supply Chain.Garantire l'allineamento agli standard Cybersecurity per Europa e Medio Oriente.RequisitiLaurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini (o esperienza equivalente).Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in contesti industriali.Esperienza nella gestione di team internazionali e multiculturali.Competenze di project management, con approccio lean per la delivery di nuove soluzioni infrastrutturali.Ottima capacità di comprendere requisiti applicativi di business (SLA, criticità, impatti...).Esperienza nell'implementazione di architetture cloud centralizzate e nella razionalizzazione di infrastrutture distribuite.Inglese fluente (obbligatorio) e conoscenza di base della lingua italiana.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e leadership, unite a un approccio operativo e concreto.Forte competenza tecnica e analitica, con ottime capacità di troubleshooting.Attitudine al lavoro collaborativo e capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.#J-*****-Ljbffr
