Who we are looking for?We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated Technical due diligence - Trainee to support our Building & Project Consultancy team at our Corporate Office in Milan.Ideal JoinerItalian and English fluentMaster Degree in Civil or Building Engineering or ArchitectureCAD drawing desirableHighly competent and skilled with Microsoft Office, including ExcelClear written and verbal communication styleWhat will be your daily activities?Support team members in managing building project work predominately from private clients, private managed estates and large institutional clientsData room organisation and collectionPrepare presentation, update track recordUndertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reportsProperty area measurement according to international StandardsInterested in technical due diligence, project monitoring, cost assessment processSupport to preparation of tender documentation including preparation of construction details, schedules, specification of works for repair, alteration, property renovation and new build projectsConsistently delivering high performanceIn addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.What skills do we consider essential in this role?Ability to quickly build rapport and long standing client and colleague relationshipsCommits to challenging goals and delivers consistently against theseDelivers efficiency in addition to effectivenessSelf-starter, who relishes challenges and strives for the bestTeam player who builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishing trust and credibilityDiplomatic and confident with a positive outlookEthical with strong integrityCreative and lateral thinker, with the ability to problem solve and focus on solutionsPresentable and approachable and ability to engage with a variety of audiencesSelf-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detailWhat we offer?Working in a professional, inclusive and supportive work-environmentInternship contractPlease note: the interview will be held in ItalianPlease note, we will use your personal data to respond to your application.For further details see our Privacy Notice on our websiteTechnical due diligence Trainee • Via Milano, Lombardy, ITALY#J-*****-Ljbffr
