Compliance - It Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and proficient Business Analyst within AFC Compliance Data Domain. In this role, you will be responsible of acting as liaison between Business Compliance and Digital for intensively Data driven processes, define adequate solutioning for answering to business need based on data trends and behavior and support their delivery within multi year and multi country programsWhat you can expect from usCollaborate with AFC business stakeholders and data engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.Analyze large and complex datasets related to digital banking activities to support Compliance AFC processesSupport AFC and regulatory Compliance initiatives through data-driven insightsProduce specifications including definition of data gaps, data mapping and transformation logic to satisfy business needsContribute to leading and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of compliance-related initiatives within the digital banking environmentEnsure consistent delivery of regulatory commitments related to AFC data driven initiativesDefine and perform data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance dataSupport Maintenance Team analyzing incident, using statistical techniques and query languages and automating recurring compliance reports/tasks to improve efficiency and reliabilityWhat we expect from you5-7 years of experience in AFC Compliance DomainFunctional knowledge of Compliance data-driven process such as: TxM scenario calibration, CRR indicators computation and Data needed to run batch AML processesDemonstrated experience in a banking or financial services environment and multi countries/multi year complex initiativesSolid experience and familiarity with usage of data lake solutions (Palantir, Google)Good programming languages (Python and SQL code)Problem Solving attitudeBusiness Acumen and Enterprise KnowledgeStrong analytical skills and the ability to analyze big volume of data in order to intercept data behaviorsA collaborative mindset, with a track record of working effectively in teamOur offer to you#UnlockYourPotential - People are our greatest asset, thanks to their diverse experiences, skills and perspectives.
